Thank you for traveling with Corporate Car & Coach. The rate quoted in the confirmation is based on the information provided at the time of the booking. For airport and package pricing, additional stops will be assessed additional fees. For hourly service, additional time beyond the estimated end time will be assessed additional fees. Trips beginning between 11pm and 5:30am will incur a $25.00 Off-Peak Fee. A holiday charge of $50.00 will be charged for services on all major holidays. Trips booked within 4 hours of pickup will incur a $50.00 ASAP Fee. Any recommended tips are completely discretionary. All deposits are non-refundable. For non-airport arrivals, we offer a 15-minute grace period. For domestic arrivals, we offer a 30-minute grace period, and for international arrivals we offer a 45-minute grace period. After the grace period, wait fees will be assessed. Corporate Car & Coach is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $250.00 will be assessed for any and each carpet or seat burn or puncture. Our sanitation fee is $250.00. Illegal drug use is prohibited by law and will not be permitted in our vehicles. Any associated fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Corporate Car & Coach is not responsible for delays or the termination of trips caused by unsafe road conditions in inclement weather (e.g. unplowed or unsalted roads, accidents, etc.). Corporate Car & Coach is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. A vehicle cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Standard Cancel Policy: Sedan trips cancelled less than 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup will incur the full charge. All other vehicle types cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup will incur full charge.
Specialty Service Cancel Policy: All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Trips cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled pickup will incur the full charge.
